These terms and conditions establish a formal agreement and legally binding contract between ‘the User’ (referred to as “You” or “User,” including all visitors to the Website) and ‘NG Networks’ (referred to as “We,” “Us,” “Our,” “Institute,” or “NG Networks”). They govern your use of this Website, as well as any Programs offered through the Website or via other online or offline platforms. This document serves as an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its associated rules and amendments governing electronic records.
By accessing or using this website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The use of the Website and related services is subject to these Terms and Conditions as stipulated herein, along with any applicable policies referenced herein. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, thereby entering into a legal agreement with ‘NG Networks’. When you access the website, send emails, or share other data, information, or communications with ‘NG Networks’, you acknowledge and agree that you are engaging with ‘NG Networks’ through electronic means and you have read and understood the terms and conditions as stipulated herein which shall be binding upon you. By doing so, you further consent to receive communications from ‘NG Networks’ electronically, whether periodically or as needed. ‘NG Networks’ may reach out to you via email or through other forms of communication, whether electronic or otherwise.
Regardless of whether a ‘user’ has enrolled in a Program or is simply browsing the Website, once the Website or Programs are accessed, the individual will be considered a 'User' under these Terms and Conditions. The ‘user’ would be accountable for all actions taken in connection with the use of the Website and Programs. The user agrees to comply fully with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with their use of the Website and Programs.

- NG Networks provides subscription-based services granting users access to specific courses, resources, learning materials, or placement support through periodic payments.
- Subscription fees must be paid in advance, in accordance with the chosen subscription plan.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly canceled by the subscriber prior to the renewal date.
- Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Candidates enrolled under the subscription model acknowledge and accept that the fee is charged for continuous access and availability of resources, training sessions, and placement services.
- Cancellation and Termination: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for any fees already paid.
- Upon cancellation, subscribers will continue to have access to subscribed services until the end of their current billing period.

4. Break / Transfer / Batch Shifting Policy:
a. A ‘break’ shall be defined as a prolonged leave of a candidate from their course with management’s prior authorization.b. A ‘transfer’ is the process of moving from one batch to another in the same course with management’s prior authorization.
a. Course structure, content and fees of a course could change during the approved break period, and the candidate shall be liable to adhere to the renewed terms upon rejoining.b. In case the opted course is upgraded or dropped during the break period of a candidate, the candidate shall be bound to the policy decision made by the management of ‘NG Networks’.
5. Certification:
a. Certification of training completion will be provided to all attendees of a batch upon successful completion of their course.b. No Certificate will be provided if the candidate remains absent during the training without any prior authorisation from the management of ‘NG Networks’.
a. Candidates opting for certification-based training at ‘NG Networks’ will receive comprehensive preparation for their chosen certification exam. However, it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to book the global certification exam through the official vendor or certification provider's website and to make any necessary payments directly to them. ‘NG Networks’ is not responsible for managing, booking, or facilitating the exam process beyond providing preparatory training. All further steps, including registration and payment for the certification exam, are outside the scope of NG Networks' responsibilities.b. The cost of global certification is not included in the training program and shall be charged separately from the candidate.

9. Intellectual Property Rights:a. Sharing study materials, class links, or any internal information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal and legal action.
b. Sharing LMS credentials with unauthorized individuals will result in immediate termination.
a. All content made available through the Website or provided during Programs, including but not limited to training materials, video lectures, presentations, documents, assessments, LMS content, and logos, are the intellectual property of NG Networks. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of such content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from NG Networks.
10. Representation Clause:
a. No candidate is authorized to represent ‘NG Networks’ before any individual, firm, company, authority, or any other entity without the express written authorization from the management of ‘NG Networks’. Any such representation, if made without authorization, shall be considered null and void.
b. Any false or unauthorized representation by a candidate may result in the immediate termination of their enrolment with ‘NG Networks’, along with any other disciplinary action deemed appropriate by the management.
C. Placement (Specifically Applicable To 'Job Guarantee Programme')
Placement assistance shall be provided exclusively to the candidates enrolling in the ‘Job Guarantee Program’ subject to the terms as specified herein. It is expressly stated that ‘NG Networks’ does not provide placement assistance to candidates enrolling in certification programs or customised programs.
a. All the candidates applying for ‘Job Guarantee Program’ acknowledge and understand that candidate’s job placement would entirely be dependent on candidate’s knowledge and abilities.
2. Interview Compliance:
a. Candidates are expected not to deny for any interview opportunity that will be given to them by ‘NG Networks’.
b. Candidates must attend all scheduled interviews arranged by ‘NG Networks’. Failure to attend or refusal to apply for jobs would automatically disqualify the candidate from refund eligibility.
3. Job Guarantee Programme:
a. ‘NG Networks’ guarantees a job with a salary package of minimum INR 6 lakhs per annum to the candidates enrolled in ‘Job Guarantee Program’, which shall eventually be based on the candidate's performance and abilities.
b. A candidate, while applying for getting enrolled in the Job Guarantee program, acknowledges that their package would essentially be determined only by the candidate's knowledge, skills and ability itself.
c. ‘NG Networks’ begins to submit profiles of candidates enrolled in the Job Guarantee program to potential employers, only after the course of the candidate is completed and all their assignments are submitted within the prescribed time period.
d. A candidate enrolled in the Job Guarantee program must adhere to the minimum attendance criteria which would involve a mandatory attendance of 80% per month, in which the candidate must ensure 100% video visibility to proceed further. The candidate shall also be required to secure minimum 70% marks in all levels of training as a mandate.
e. If a candidate has location constraints or fails to clear interviews after receiving technical support, they will not be entitled to a refund or to rigidly adhere to promised timelines.
f. If a candidate is having any location constraints which is new and not informed to NG Networks beforehand at the time of admission, then the candidate will not be eligible to claim early posting or to question the extra time which may be taken to get the candidate a placement.
g. If a candidate is not able to crack the interview for 5 times even after getting technical support from the training department, the time frame promised to the candidate by the counselling team while getting admission to get a job may exceed and the candidate shall not be entitled to claim any benefit for not securing a job as a guarantee in such time frame and the candidate will not be entitled to claim any timeline to getting shortlisted.
h. All interviews will be organized with the candidate's cooperation only, and the candidate must attend all planned interviews with NG Networks' employment references. If candidate do not want to apply for employment or already gets employment without NG Networks’ assistance or he/she do not show up for planned interviews, candidate will not be eligible for any refund.
i. If a candidate follows the terms and conditions listed herein, there is no limit to the number of interviews a candidate may have via ‘NG Networks’.
j. A maximum of 1 year of study support will be provided to a candidate enrolled in the ‘Job Guarantee Program’, after which if any candidate still fails, he/she will have to opt for re-admission and shall be liable to pay a penalty charge of 10% as per the actual fee of the course / program.
k. A candidate, while applying for getting enrolled in the Job Guarantee program, acknowledges that working in the business world needs effort, knowledge, and commitment. In order to pass the interviews, it is exclusively the candidate's responsibility to study hard and build technical and communication skills.
l. ‘NG Networks’ doesn’t intend the candidates enrolled in the Job Guarantee program to be solely interested in acquiring a job after completing their course without learning. ‘NG Networks’ only intend to invite dedicated candidates to enrol who can give their serious efforts during the course since their performance throughout the course would impact the placement and success rates of ‘NG Networks’.
m. A candidate shall not be entitled to claim any refund or deficiency in service if they themselves lack diligence during the program which shall further include any disability (including physical/mental) on part of the candidate.
a. Candidates placed by ‘NG Networks’ must provide a recorded testimonial and an updated picture. ‘NG Networks’ would hold the right to publish the same for marketing purposes.
5. Post-Job Guarantee:
a. After getting a job by a candidate enrolled in the ‘Job Guarantee Program’, if a candidate’s job is terminated, ‘NG Networks’ will re-assist the candidate to get a placement only in cases specifically involving Job termination due to inappropriate training. No other justification/claim shall be entertained post placement of a candidate enrolled in the Job Guarantee program and in no other circumstance shall ‘NG Networks’ be liable to any refund or re-assistance in job placement of the candidate.b. If a candidate voluntarily resigns from a position secured through the assistance of ‘NG Networks’ under the Job Guarantee Program, re-placement assistance will only be provided after a period of one year from the candidate’s initial joining date. Re-placement assistance will be contingent upon the candidate’s smooth exit from the resigned position, including proper notice to ‘NG Networks’, maintaining a positive relationship with the employer, and adhering to all professional exit protocols. Further, the candidate shall not be entitled to claim any refund or timelines for getting such repeated placement assistance.
D. Admission / Enrollment Cancellation
1. Under the following situations, a candidate's admission/registration will be deemed to be cancelled/terminated:
a. Misbehaviour with other students or trainers.
b. Making religion-based or racist comments.
c. Retrieving personal information of other students.
d. Unable to submit their fees on time.
e. Committing acts of indiscipline: Any breach of discipline shall result in immediate admission revocation/cancellation of registration without notice or explanation.
f. Taking a break without following the proper procedure will be deemed to be a dropout and will lose his or her candidature. Only at the discretion of management, such a candidate may be permitted to continue with their course.
g. Unable to meet the minimum attendance criteria of monthly 80% & above mandatory with 100% video visibility during all the sessions.
h. Failed to attend 5 consecutive lessons in their enrolled course respectively without prior authorization from the management.
i. Unable to secure at least 70% marks in the screening round.
j. Unable to meet Behavioural Expectations / Breach of code of conduct:
k. Involvement in Prohibited Activities:
- Candidates must maintain proper conduct and adhere to public and classroom etiquette at all times. Misbehaviour, including violence, theft, or any form of abuse, is strictly prohibited.
- ‘NG Networks’ has a strict no-tolerance policy with respect to misbehaviour with teachers, trainers, management or personnel.
- Candidates are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times.
- The candidate shall refrain from harassing or causing discomfort to other users, students, attendees, support agents, or visitors. It is imperative that the candidate does not contribute to or foster any environment of discord or hostility within student groups.
- If the candidate becomes aware of any instances of cheating or violations of these Terms by another user or a candidate, they must promptly report it to their coordinator, instructors, faculty, or administrative team.
- The candidate must adhere to any specific code of conduct that applies to the Program in which they are enrolled.
- If a candidate is unable to fulfil the said behavioral expectations, ‘NG Networks’ reserves the right to cancel their admission/registration with immediate effect.
2. Prohibited Actions:l. Involvement in breach of confidentiality of study materials, class links, LMS credentials and any internal information.
- Use of alcohol, tobacco, or any illicit substances, as well as engaging in unethical or illegal activities, is forbidden on NG Networks’ premises.
- Violence and abusive behaviour, including physical or verbal abuse, sexual assault, causing or threatening to cause harm to others' health, safety, or well-being, theft, illegal possession, destroying or damaging institute’s property, or carrying inflammable articles or harmful weapons of any kind, interfering with or disrupting institute activities or services are strictly prohibited.
- Removing or misusing any institute-owned equipment, book, component, instrument, or other thing that the candidate is not authorised to remove.
- If a candidate is found to be involved in such prohibited activities in the premises, NG Networks reserves the right to cancel their admission/registration with immediate effect.
m. Any other violation of the terms and conditions, as stipulated herein, by the candidate.
a. Engaging in unethical practices while using the Website is strictly prohibited. Specifically, the user shall not post, transmit, or facilitate the posting or transmission of any communication, solicitation, or other messages that constitute "phishing," "pharming," or "whaling," which are designed to extract passwords, account details, personal or confidential information from other users or third parties. Should such an event occur, ‘NG Networks’ will not be held responsible for any data loss or if the user's device, computer, or other property is compromised in any way. The user further acknowledges and agrees that ‘NG Networks’ reserves the right to report any suspicious or illegal activities to the relevant legal or law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the user.
E. Indemnification
1. Candidates applying for or enrolled in any course offered by ‘NG Networks’ agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ‘NG Networks’, including its officers, directors, employees, and representatives, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the course. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to:
2. The Candidate agrees to promptly notify ‘NG Networks’ of any such claims or disputes and to cooperate fully in the defence of such claims.a. The Candidate’s use of the Website or participation in the course.
b. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws by the Candidate, or
c. Any actions or omissions by the Candidate that result in harm or damages to ‘NG Networks’ or any third parties.
3. The indemnification obligation will survive the termination or completion of the Candidate’s enrolment in the course.
F. Limitation Of Liablility
1. In no event shall NG Networks, or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (even if advised of the possibility of such damages), including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Website, Programs, or services provided.
G. Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause mentioned herein, the courts situated in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Arbitration Clause
H. Force Majeurea. In case of any disagreement, claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the website, any services, courses, programs being offered by ‘NG Networks’ either offline or online, or any dispute arising out of interpretation of the clauses of the present terms and conditions, parties will first seek to resolve the issue through mutual discussions and shall to the extent possible be settled amicably in the first instance by prompt and good faith negotiations between the parties collectively.
b. If a dispute or controversy cannot be resolved by mutual consent within a period of thirty (30) days from the day on which written notice of such dispute is given by one party to the other, the dispute, controversy or deadlock shall be finally settled by arbitration exclusively.
c. All arbitral proceedings in relation to such an unsettled dispute shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 1996, by a sole Arbitrator to be appointed mutually by both parties within 60 days from the day on which both parties consent to arbitrate. Any order and awards made in arbitral proceedings shall be in writing. All expenses will be equally divided between both the parties.
d. The present arbitration clause shall sustain even if either or both the parties decide not to be bound by the terms & conditions and the agreement herein.
e. The venue of the arbitration shall be in Delhi, India and the language of the arbitral proceedings, all documents and communications between the parties shall be in English.
f. The arbitration awards shall be final conclusive and binding on both the parties.
1. ‘NG Networks’ shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, government actions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances that are outside the control of the institute. In such cases, ‘NG Networks’ will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event and resume normal operations as soon as practicable. However, any delays or disruptions caused by these force majeure events shall not be considered a breach of contract.
