Any refunds of fees paid by a candidate will be processed strictly under these conditions, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions, in accordance with the terms specified herein:

1. General Terms of Refund Policy - Applicable to all the Courses & Programmes 

• No candidate, irrespective of the course they are enrolled in, shall be eligible to claim refund on any other grounds apart from those specifically enumerated herein, including but not limited to grounds of personal issues relating to health, financial reasons, timing issues in training programs/courses, unnotified leaves, physical or mental disability, etc.
• If any candidate is not able to pay the outstanding fee within the notice period, his/her admission to the course, shall be cancelled and the fee already paid shall be forfeited and the same shall not be refundable.
• If a candidate is unable to meet the behavioural expectations as per the institute’s policy or is found to be involved in any prohibited activities as specified above, because of which the management decides to cancel their admission/registration, they shall not be entitled to any refund.
• In case of any unfortunate event of the death or permanent disability of the candidate, ‘NG Networks’ will release the candidate and their family from any further financial obligations under the enrolment agreement. ‘NG Networks’ may offer a prorated refund depending on the services rendered up to the date of the incident, which shall solely be the discretion of the management and the family of the candidate shall hold no right to claim any refund.

• Terms of refund policy specifically applicable to ‘Certification Programs & Customised Programs’:

a. Refund requests can only be submitted by the candidate within the first 3 days of the program which shall be subject to management’s approval.

b. No refund will be provided once a batch is assigned to the candidate.

c. ‘NG Networks’ can only be held liable to issue a refund to the candidate in the event that the institute is unable to schedule classes as agreed upon, subject to the terms of batch allotment policy of the institute.

d. In no other case, any candidate shall be entitled to claim a refund of their money.

• Terms of refund policy specifically applicable to ‘Job Guarantee Program’:

a. During the first three days after getting enrolled in the Job Guarantee Program, the candidate shall be eligible to claim full refund. Post that, a candidate can only be eligible to claim refund if he diligently follows the terms of his/her admission in the ‘Job Guarantee Program’ and where ‘NG Networks’ fail to fulfil their commitments in situations as specifically mentioned hereinafter.

b. ‘NG Networks’ can be held liable to issue a refund to the candidate in the event that the institute is unable to schedule classes as agreed upon, subject to the terms of batch allotment policy specified hereinabove.

c. A candidate can claim for a partial refund where ‘NG Networks’ fails to schedule a minimum of 5 interview opportunities with potential employers to facilitate the candidate’s placement and the quantum of the refund shall be subject to how much services has already been provided to them by the institute.

d. In no other case, any candidate shall be entitled to claim a refund.

Candidates cannot request any refund either if they secure a job through NG Networks' support & connections or even if they get a job on their own. At a later stage, if a candidate do not want to apply for employment or do not show up for planned interviews, candidate will not be eligible to claim any refund.
